Please Note: due to the nature of wood, there will be light and dark variations in the wood on the engraved pieces. There are natural knots in the wood as well. As with all wood items, the grain and color may vary from set to set. The engraving process is done with a laser beam. It cuts the personalization into each piece of wood. There is no way to make the engravings in color and or lighter/darker. The darkness of the engraving depends on the density of each individual block of wood and varies.
